The Melting Pot Board Room can be hired by the hour, half day or full day. 

This is a large, flexible space and is the ideal venue for business meetings, training and special events. The room is light, airy, and complete with chairs and tables which can be configured to seat up to 20 people comfortably in a boardroom layout, or up to a capacity of 40 seated delegates in a theatre layout. It is possible to accommodate an array of layouts to cater for your specific needs to deliver a bespoke package for you. There are blackout facilities for film screenings in addition to a projector which is available for hire.

Refreshments can be provided by the Melting Pot Café, which can offer tea, coffee and soft or alcoholic drinks. Breakfasts, lunches, afternoon teas and any other catering needs can also be provided. Please contact:

Hire rates: 

Daytime Rates (up to 6pm) :

£15 first hour then £10 per/hour

£35 half day (9am-1pm or 1.30pm- 5.30pm)

£60 full day (9am - 5.30pm)

Evening Weekend Rates (after 6pm) :

£20 per/hour
